Summer time means a lot of different things... but for us here at Lakeview it means a new seriesless sermon series. One Hit Wonders. Single sermons meant to hit us where we live... sermons that are independent of one another but still point us to our dependence on Christ.

Hymn Sing @ The Christian Care Center
On the last Thursday of each month*, there is a Hymn Sing with the residents of the Christian Care Center in Mesquite. It begins at 7 pm in the McMillian Place. It is a great time singing some of the old hymn loved by many. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the residents lives and they make a difference in our lives.
The Rooted Experience
Our Rooted Groups have concluded for the the summer months. But worry not, our Small Groups will be back this Fall and we all try to learn what it means to be a Disciple of Jesus and Rooted to Him in every aspect of our lives.
